Yes, the population is low, but I still was able to get into a game at the time of writing and have a couple of pleasant matches. The atmosphere of WH40k is so very strong in this piece of work, that details like fine pvp balance some people write about are really not that important or relevant. I'm here to ride a Rhino into battle, provide covering fire for my brothers while they storm heretic-held objective with the name of The Emperor on their lips. This game, for a short while, gets me into the WH40k world, and for that I love it.Yes, maybe there are better shooters out there, but is there a better WH40k shooter out there? Hell no. Good luck, the movement is so delayed, clunky and laggy that you are going to find yourself sprinting into a wall and missing the target completely, though you sure showed that wall a lesson! Even if you are dead from having an entire magazine put into you while your "space marine" (the guys that are supposed to be supersoldiers...) takes a good few seconds to even realise he's still in a fight and gets back up.Tutorial is about as helpful as the devs are active. Not much more needs to be said as I've spent the same duration typing this line as it took me to do the tutorial.The jetpack guys are complete \u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665\u2665t if you use the powerfist with them, jump into orbit and absolutely obliterate the target for their whole health bar, how do I know its so good if I've only played an hour? It's the only way I killed someone by myself.Gunplay isn't bad considering all things... its just completely irrelevant as melee weapons can stun, parry and deal far more damage far quicker than a puny plasma cannon...The waiting times suck because the only people that play this game are the sweatiest basement dwellers that you'll ever see OR the F2P people.No matchmaking (sorry I just hate this in any multiplayer game)Tanks are utterly pathetic, from what I've seen they just sit there and all it takes is one person walking up to it with ease because of the PITIFUL gun arcs.I don't think this game deserves any more effort from typing so I'm going to say one last thing: Performance, it is terrible, you cannot even SEE most of the time, because of your horrific frames AND the terrible melee you will find that most encounters with other players are... swift and a battle of "who teleports round the room the least"Jesus this game is a frustrating mess. It's the bastard child of Battlefield and Planetside 2 with Warhammer being the illegitimate father.... game has been abandoned sadly. pretty sure all the staff have moved on to help develop things for their cash cow dead by daylight among other titles. Abandonware.
